Brand Guidelines

First thing is first, who are we and how do we share that in a digital age. Quick and easy guidelines helped to establish one voice to allow these ministries to spend their efforts on the parts of their job that they love.

This guide covers everything a ministry might need for topics such as logo usage, color palette, social media posting, photography usage, language differences, grammatical and punctuation rules, key words and systems.


Relaunch Campaign

The first initiative aimed to “relaunch” the church and engage the community. This strategy included mailers, billboards, social media ads, signs, t-shirts, stickers, banners, and influencer kits. Targeting both church members and the broader community, a carefully crafted timeline and style guide ensured consistency. All materials were designed and ordered, marketing efforts analyzed, leading to a successful reinvigoration of community involvement.


Vision Campaign

The second initiative originated from the pastor’s desire to share a five-year vision for the church. What began as a simple Word document transformed into a cohesive campaign with precise messaging aimed at inspiring participation. This messaging articulated the church's identity, purpose, and future direction. Through thoughtful language, design, and marketing, this initiative came to life across various platforms, ensuring widespread awareness of the church's activities. Deliverables included a landing page, videos, a sermon series booklet, installations, marketing ads, billboards and more all crafted to highlight the specific mission.

Website Design & Content Mapping

Following successful community engagement, the need to maintain involvement and improve communication became evident. The outdated website required excessive clicks to access information, prompting a reorganization for enhanced clarity and navigation. This project improved user experience while reinforcing the importance of effective communication strategies. Sitemapping presented a rewarding challenge, further fueling a passion for communication and marketing.
